Saba is grape juice cooked for long hours directly on fire in an open pot. It is an amber-coloured liquid, with viscous consistency, sweet with a pleasant acidity and a striking fruity flavour. We cultivate our own vineyards following an organic protocol and we’re certified organic grapes producers.
