Spring onions in black


    • 3 brunches of spring onions
    • 5 tbsp BALSABAMO 3
    • extra virgin olive oil


    1. Wash the onions, discard the green ends and chop them in 2-3 bites lechgtwise according to size.

    2. In a frying pan warm the oil and stir-fry the onions till lightly soft.

    3. Add BALSABAMO 3 and cook for 20 minutes or till the onions are well soaked in vinegar.

    4. Adjust with salt and pepper and let the onions rest in a bowl with their sauce for about half an hour.

    5. Serve as an appetizer with toasted bread.
