Spring onions in black
- 3 brunches of spring onions
- 5 tbsp BALSABAMO 3
- extra virgin olive oil
Wash the onions, discard the green ends and chop them in 2-3 bites lechgtwise according to size.
In a frying pan warm the oil and stir-fry the onions till lightly soft.
Add BALSABAMO 3 and cook for 20 minutes or till the onions are well soaked in vinegar.
Adjust with salt and pepper and let the onions rest in a bowl with their sauce for about half an hour.
Serve as an appetizer with toasted bread.
