Marinated red Cabbage with raisins and pine nuts

Ingredients

    • 400 gr red cabbage, finely cut
    • 1 apple grated (skin on)
    • 70 gr raisins plumped in SABA to cover
    • 3 tbsp BALSABAMO 3
    • sea salt and black pepper
    • pine nuts to serve

Directions

    1. In a bowl, make the marinade with cabbage, grated apple, BALSABAMO 3, salt and pepper.
    2. Let it rest for 30 mins.
    3. Serve with pine nuts, raisins and some more drops of BALSABAMO 3.
