Summer salad with grapefruit and mozzarella

Ingredients

- 1 head curly lettuce, washed, leaves separated and roughly cut
- 300 gr rocket, washed and roughly cut
- 1 grapefruit, in slices pith out
- 2 buffalo mozzarella
- 60 gr walnuts, roughly chopped
- toasted bread
- 4 tbsp BALASABAMO 3
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and black pepper
Directions

- For the salad, toss al the ingredients in a bowl.
- Dress with a pinch of salt, pepper, BALSABAMO 3 and olive oil.
- Serve with toasted bred.
