Marinated red Cabbage with raisins and pine nuts

Ingredients

- 400 gr red cabbage, finely cut
- 1 apple grated (skin on)
- 70 gr raisins plumped in SABA to cover
- 3 tbsp BALSABAMO 3
- sea salt and black pepper
- pine nuts to serve
Directions

- In a bowl, make the marinade with cabbage, grated apple, BALSABAMO 3, salt and pepper.
- Let it rest for 30 mins.
- Serve with pine nuts, raisins and some more drops of BALSABAMO 3.
